It's a company with great people and a great culture. I would like to see more visibility from leadership OUTSIDE of Glenn though. Also, the perks/benefits at this company are not in line with the market.

Everyone is very helpful and supportive. If you ask for help you'll always get someone willing to assist you, give advice or mentor you.
