I am very new at Booking. The experience was very good so far. I am still learning a lot about the work, teams, culture, etc. However, I think Booking is really trying hard to bring together a training module, that is smooth, but this is the area where I would suggest more improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about the team is that everyone is super helpful and very enthusiastic people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open for taking questions, I although prefer straight and clear answers instead of diplomatic ones, but still, they respect the questions and try their best to answer it well. :)
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager. He is very kind, appreciates my work a lot and he is always thankful of my efforts. He provides feedback in a very positive way. Also, the core work itself, I love sourcing and I am really enjoying doing it at Booking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe, the best part is that, the moment I joined, I immediately felt that I am working with one of the best employees out there in the market and everyone is so talented and creative. The culture is very inclusive, diverse and very welcoming. I think, the team very inspiring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was offered the role in two companies and I let Booking know that I am going to pass because of better career option and package offered by the other company. Booking went ahead and raised my band, offered me a better post and increased the package. It was really positive experience.
