When I see the progress we have and how my team and me manage to challenge and change the status quo for the better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
genuinely positive ppl that want to grow, develop and help each other. I think my colleagues truly believe in our mission and do their best to contribute to it. Collaboration is strong (with a few exceptions).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Constant benchmarking is necessary to make sure we stay atop of the market trends. We see difficult markets (like Germany, Poland) where we find it tough to compete with other companies in the same industry (what`s left if we want to hire from tech giants..)
