What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendliness and openness to new ideas. We are very data driven, but there is also a culture of taking risks for greater reward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear and communicative about high level priorities and efforts, and I feel that the objectives of the business (that they set) do trickle down to my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working with colleagues at Booking is a pleasure for the most part. I appreciate that my team members balance owning their work and autonomy with collaborating and working together to achieve even greater successes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the market (Amsterdam), I believe our benefits packages is the best in the industry. The best part of the benefits package is the pay (base pay, bonus, and equity), and when I first got the job, the relocation package from the U.S. to Amsterdam was great.
