They really are the best. Experienced, humble, eager to help, respectful, open-minded, diverse, inclusive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect for all people, regardless of gender, sexuality, gender identity, disabilities. Open dialogue with management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear vision of where to go. The react to the world - granted slow at times but there is probably a lot of legalities and formalities that need to be taken care of first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working hours are higher than what is the norm in my country. Looking at my number of reports, areas of responsibilities as well as my experience and comparing it to similar jobs, I am not being paid fairly. Other companies have perks like extra vacation, company phones etc.
