I enjoy most things about my job, but I have to admit, the pay for the work I put in is phenomenal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the package is that it is competitive: lunch, commuting and bike benefits, in addition to deep discounts on our company's own product are great. Plus, equity grants for non-managers in strategic roles. Really great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They stand by their tough decisions and take the time to explain to the entire org why they make the choices they do. They show empathy, acknowledge that they also have room to grow, and show a hunger to get a little bit better every day.
