The team is fun and always ready to help. Very energetic.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team! They are fund and helpful. We collaborate well. Our Manager is extremely helpful and invested in our growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the cost of living is higher at Amsterdam. Once you relocate, you relocate with family and that is a massive expense. I believe schooling or house lease should be a part of benefits the company should take up for people moving from different continents. It's a good retention scheme.
