See my colleagues, either virually or in person. Most recently in person - so great to get back to the office and connect with other teams that I haven't seen in over two years
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the payscales were the same in Amsterdam and in Manchester for each role. Using 'cost of living' salary is no longer a reasonable excuse to have the same role paid differently based on country of residence/cost of living.
