Boomerang Transport Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The Bonus for so many rides in a pay period

Advanced scheduling notice and extra waiting time paid

Review from Operations Dept

Single trips can pay great .

Review from Operations Dept

Reasonably compensated, prompt with payday deposits.

Review from Operations Dept

It is fair pay for what I do and paid on time every time.

The ability to have flexible hours and schedule

Review from Customer Support Dept

This is a great company to work for, I have no complaints!

I think it pays well for the work I do.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I work as a driver, so my pay is only for the driving jobs that I complete. I wish the pay was a little higher, but it seems fair compared to other driving jobs I have done in the past.

Review from Operations Dept

This is a driving position. Their pay is better than Lyft or Uber per ride, but they don't offer as many rides. Overall it's more relaxing and it fulfills what I'm looking for which is supplemental income.

Review from Operations Dept

I drive for Uber, Lyft, and Boomerang Transport. I feel like of all the companies I drive for Boomerang is the most up front about their pay and compensate me more than the others.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Just a few more dollars would help a lot

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation could be better. Should have a Bonus System based on length of time Driving or number of clients served.

Review from Operations Dept

Dispatchers secretive about unloaded miles. Trips accepted are often not worth the already low compensation

Review from Customer Support Dept

Paid for loaded time (passenger in vehicle) and the expense of often driving further to and from client is more than the actual trip.

Review from Operations Dept

Company puts all costs on sub-contracted employees with 10-99 form, deducted driver liability insurance, then lies about hours-VERY SHADY
