Boomerang Transport is a great company to work for I enjoy driving and meeting great people in the process, schedule is very flexible works with your everyday needs. They never have a problem with giving you the time off if needed most of all, the worker are nice to deal with. Pay is great!

Overall I think the company does a good job leadership wise. As a driver I only communicate with the dispatchers and their automated systems, but it all seems pretty efficient and I can reach somebody when I need to.

The coordinators are easy to talk to and always available. If I have questions about my pay they are always willing to answer them. I feel like if they got something wrong then they would admit it and make it right.

I get to talk to a real person on the phone instead of having to deal 100% with an app. Way more helpful than uber if I have an issue on a ride.

Truthfulness. Drivers need to be compensated more fairly.
