Literally everything needs to be fixed immediately
They are very critical of the work we do and very negative and lash out with a temper
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because no one notices my hard work. They see you work hard and make you work harder just because. Higher compensation is needed.

The way we communicate and the actions we take

The older folks that have been working for over 50 years should retire instead of creating hostile and negative environment

Not ask so many idiotic questions that has nothing to do with the job

The negativity of other , I live my job and want to be there without all the negative comments
