Mr. John J. Gasparovic has been Vice President and Secretary at Remy International, Inc. since November 10, 2015. Mr. Gasparovic has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of BorgWarner Inc. since January 2007 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He served as Vice President and General Counsel at BorgWarner Inc. since January 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of Federal-Mogul Holdings LLC and served as its General Counsel until January 8, 2007. He served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President of Roadway Corporation from February 2003 to December 2003 and also served as its Vice President and General Counsel from May 2000 to January 2003 and Secretary from January 2001 to December 2003. He served as Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel for Guardian Automotive of Auburn Hills, Michigan from 1999 to April 2000. From 1990 to 1998, he served as an Assistant General Counsel of Guardian Industries Corporation. He has been a Director of Sevcon, Inc. since September 27, 2017 and Remy International, Inc. since November 10, 2015. Mr. Gasparovic earned a Bachelor's Degree from Wayne State University in 1979 and a Law Degree from Northwestern University in 1982.
