Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall I feel validated in the company! But I think sometimes there are some employees that deserve a promotion but sometimes they bring people from outside the company instead of promoter who is in the company for more time.

Strong knowledge and highly qualified
Responsibility with our product, we always give everything we have to give the best results to the customer, we always think about what will be better to the company healthy over the time
we team up with our wives

We feel free to show our needs to our manager team, the team is always ready to help each other!
