What did you like most about the interview process?I was talking to someone who knew what they were doing, who understood what I was talking about.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are good and approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?Team, and every Bornies. My CEO and his team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Pretty much everything, I'm afraid. Would certainly be good to actually have some management, that's rather sorely lacking. Could certainly work on retention, people come and go so quickly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Understand what the candidate's expectations are of the role before bringing someone in and then dumping everything on them.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The CEO, COO and CTO need to look into what the India Apac MD is doing to spoil the culture in India and correct it.
