The team advances incredible people. Beth Viner was recently promoted from North America Digital Ventures lead to Global Ventures lead. I could not be happier to be on her team. She takes an interest in each member of the DV team and is incredibly approachable with any issue.

nothing out of pocket for insurance coverage, great perks, competitive salaries

BCG has some of the best (if not THE BEST) benefits in the industry. For me, I'm at the age where I'm doing family planning and it's helpful to know that BCG has my back with infertility benefits, child care benefits, and medical benefits.

BCG benefits are world-class. I have not see a better benefits package. I'm especially thankful for the wellness benefits that are included in the total rewards package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My company did not manage to go with market and inflation in salary. Also, speciality business are paid lower than BCG classic
