What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation dollar-for-dollar is very competitive, but as a working parent the best part of the comp package is the benefit offering--fully-paid healthcare for entire family, $5 co-pays, generous family leave, backup childcare. Absolutely the gold standard. I feel blessed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My work environment is supportive, especially of those with family commitments, and the flexibility to travel, WFH, or work in-office is huge.

People treat teammates with respect. Ideas are welcome, no matter how out of the box. Feedback is encouraged and people want to support your growth! People work hard and are ambitious, but will not tear you down on their way to the top.
