Being self aware and acknowledging and accepting the fact that they laid off people as a result of market conditions, instead of gaslighting their employees.

The firm continues to tolerate toxic and bad behavior from line mangets in leadership, reward toxic stars, and dsiregard employee complaints. Our Global Chair is very much out of touch, with the concerns of the emoyees. He needs take employee complaints seriously and act on them.
