What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders, including managing partners, are accessible and eager to invest in more junior members' growth. The C-Suite seems to actively communicate with the company as a whole and directs company resources to retention and priority business areas (including climate/sustainability, which is awesome!)

I talk to a wide-range of people around the firm. They all seem committed to their work. At other places I've worked, there were people who had to be convinced to engage with new things or improve on a process they were already used to, but BCGers embrace change if it means improvement.
