Doing great work and having an impact on the world whilst working alongside amazing peers and clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are mostly intellectual, humble and curious; but more importantly there's a genuine senes that people actually like each other and enjoy spending time outside of 'work'.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's deliberate - it's something we constantly iterate, measure and refine. We're honest about things when they don't work, and celebrate / accelerate those things that work well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to lead a high-growth strategy consulting powerhouse, with a globally coherent purpose, consistent set of values, and relentless focus on client value; whilst also retaining entrepreneurial flexibility of each managing director & partner.
