Nicest people in management consulting, working on some of the toughest problems. Big corporate priorities of climate and AI are exactly what I would want BCG to be focusing on. Great benefits package, and transparent promotion criteria and timelines. Sustainability an issue, but getting better.

Supportive, genuinely nice people. Leadership care about team wellbeing (in the most part).
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my teams and collaboratively solving problems. Also working with clients in the same way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Market leading compensation, particularly at management (non Partner) levels. Free classpass, excellent life insurance, private medical etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Genuine shift in the last year to focus on sustainability, and recognition (via compensation and other things) of COVID period
