Overall, I enjoy working at BCG. I feel valued and supported. My concerns involve the ability of classic senior partners and OPPL to learn to work in more flexible less heirarchical ways, learning to use agile methods, slack, Miro, and other more iterative tools - beyond powerpoint and CTMs
