I appreciate that we can reliable pay increases every year, that bonuses have been strong, and that our benefits are some of the best medical coverage you can get
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our career advancement is pretty unmatched and I like knowing that everyone here is going to go on to do great things. We spend a lot on internal networking event opportunities which is appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like driving meaningful impact for our clients, The best days are when we are working well together in a fast-paced environment while living/traveling together to get to the right answers to our clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how smart and fun all of my co-workers are. I never have a bad conversation with a BCGer and they are always willing to help, even if it's the first time they met you
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like our committment to our Moonshots & how that trickles down into how we do our own business, like our climate commitment and how it pairs with decreasing our own travel as a team. I also like the constant communication from leaders explaining decisions and what changes we're making.
