Great talent and enjoy working with them, take initiatives and are proactive and care about me and my well being
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Email and online communication is good, but there are not enough forums for in-person on virtual communication with option to discuss and ask questions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
MDPs need to take more responsibility on the well being of the team, they just overwork the team in doing useless, throw-away items and the team does not push back cause the MDPs think the team is replaceable
