I like all the little communities you can be a part of - there is a vibrant VR/AR/XR community, a book club, outdoors club; there are community service opportunities and more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is good, and healthcare related benefits are outstanding, but where BCG really shines is in the day-to-day event planning, little perks, gifts, and time to do things important to us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
BCG truly wants to hear every voice and is a learning culture. As good as teams are, they want to be better and I love the real attention to and focus on DEIA and sustainability.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
BCG shows so much care for employees as whole individuals. In big and little ways they acknowledge and support each person not simply as a worker but as a valued customer, leader, team member, part of society, family member, etc.
