What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance overall is good even though benefits were reduced this year. HR is mostly supportive and dental + vision is good
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You work with great people that are motivated. Some leaders have retained the priority of investing and mentoring people but for the last year many interactions with leaders have become transactional
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
BCG X has no empathy and does not prioritize people. They treat engineering and experienced hire as a commodity. Multiple times this year people had the rug pulled out from under them. The X leadership does not act like this is a human capital business with deep expertise.
