What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our healthcare is very comprehensive and covers my whole family with hardly any cost to me. My salary is in the industry upper range for my role.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is supportive, resourceful, and works at a sustainable pace. We have a strong sense of the value we deliver for the firm and take pride in our work.

What makes you most happy at work?

My managers listen to my ideas and take them seriously. If they think it's good, we run with it. it's freeing to work with people who just trust you to do your job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I talk to a wide-range of people around the firm. They all seem committed to their work. At other places I've worked, there were people who had to be convinced to engage with new things or improve on a process they were already used to, but BCGers embrace change if it means improvement.
