When I first looked up this company and was in their interview, I didn't believe it was real or I was being pranked. Everything about BCG makes it a fantastic place to work and really sets the standard on how companies should run. If BCG can do it, so can other companies.

They are all empathetic, friendly, and we all have a great work culture.

I don't have to worry about any health issues which helps me focus on work.

Everyone is eager to make their environment and work culture better by either doing events, networking opportunities, hang outs, clubs and associations, etc.

They think more about us as a team and our company values which I agree with. There's always thought about diversity of opinions, people, and perspectives.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just going to the office and being productive and getting work done. The environment is very collaborative and everyone feels like they're rooting for you to succeed.
