They are the most supportive colleagues I could ever imagine. We know each other professionally and personally on a deep level. And, that was only encouraged by leadership's example.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotion track in the non-consulting side of the house is not straightforward. It definitely promotes self-advocacy and can be difficult at times to achieve your career goals by climbing an invisible ladder.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about the individual that they employ. They recognize that BCG is only part of their identity and they welcome feedback to improve the BCG way. In fact, they challenge us to do better so that we are the best we can be in our communities and by extension, the world.
