I haven't been here very long but overall my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Being this is my first official job out of college I was nervous about getting the hang of it all, but everyone is so nice and helpful that I become comfortable after a short period of time.

They provide a comfortable and safe environment for us to voice our concerns or share how we feel
What makes you most happy at work?
Positive communication with co-workers. Interacting with other people all day everyday can be tedious but everyone is always positive and polite.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way employees embody the company's goals and purposes. BCG has a way of weeding out the jerks - excuse my language.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help. There's an environment where everyone takes care of each other. You don't see that often; especially in corporate atmospheres.
