They put their money where their mouth is in terms of benefits, building a culture around work/life balance, and supporting employees as people and not treating them merely as resources. I'm very pleased.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So many things--it's the best benefits I've ever had, and it extends beyond just healthcare to include support on fitness goals, mental health, and wellness. It's another sign of how much they care about their employees.
