Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation needs to be more competitive for high performers; most of my peers work less hours than me and are paid comparably more (attorneys, top tier tech, etc.) - while as an MDP I will make more, the pay disparity has been over the course of 5+ years to date which has been frustrating.
