Salary is up there with the best. Could it be more yes, but we are paid well and fairly compensated

Talent level is very high. Always learning from each other. Very open and friendly and willing to support each other

Previous CEO was brilliant and new CEO seems good so far. Unsure of exec leadership and country specific leadership as very early but feel that decisions and actions come from a place of care

Communication and honesty. The BCG leadership team is one of the most honest leaderships teams I have worked for and whilst this can also cause problems I think overall this is a really positive aspect of BCG and sets us apart

We are paid very well (including bonus) - yes we work hard but I still believe when you put in the perspective of what we do and what we earn it's very good Our healthcare coverage is also very good, although I think this could be clearer, e.g., you can get alternative treatments e.g., physio
