I thought the interview process was rigorous but fun

Leadership model feels 'flat' regular feedback is requested and actioned upon from lower levels

BCG hires exceptional talent - individuals who are an absolute joy to work alongside
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive core salary and bonus, could tier the payment system more at lower levels though, particularly mid-point pay rise
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Intense pace but there are peaks and troughs. My experience has been that the senior management do care about sustainability, which is great. The culture is to drive for exceptional value creation, which is a very exciting and rewarding environement to work in.
