Its challenging - but worth every second. I can't imagine working anywhere else after this, honestly. Between the people and the culture, it would be difficult to find anywhere that provides this much support and forward momentum in a career
What makes you most happy at work?
The people, the access to amazing clients, and the really challenging problems that we get to solve
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is challenging and we are working on difficult problems. It isn't hierarchical and the all ideas can be shared and discussed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open, honest, and empathetic. Through an incredibly difficult year, they leadership team has always been upfront with the inner workings of the company and gone beyond the extra mile to ensure we are supported.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I adore everyone I work with. This caliber of intelligence and empath doesn't exist most places. Sure there are some bad eggs, but its a few - compared to other jobs I have had - my teams here are pure gold
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is really a holistic package that it based on a meritocracy. We are paid well because our job is hard and demanding but the incentive structure supports that. Our benefits are unmatched, really, I can't think of anything that could get added to make it better. It really lets us focus
