What is the best part about your compensation package?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lateral, upward and downward feedback keeps everyone in the loop. Excellent communication and multiple bonding events each week. Everyone has a passion project within BCG, such as women, LGBT, recruitment etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is incredibly warm, nice, considerate and helpful - on day 1, the recruiting partner in London told us that by the final interview stage, BCG focuses on kindness in their future recruits as opposed to skill. This retains clients and improves company morale and culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their focus on sustainability, and the design of the organisation - it means that each person is valued as a human being as opposed to feeling like a clog in the system. Each person gets mentorship, 1-1 time with senior partners, opportunities to work closely with the CEO etc on company directives.
