I have really enjoyed working for BCG. I feel well supported by the company with very strong benefits and perks, not as much on salary. Internally at BCG there is work to be done, the CT side grew quickly without BST in place to support and many times offices reinvent the wheel unnecessarily

helping people and creating connections between the business functions

They are transparent and come across as truly caring for all employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
BCGers are well supported by the company, personally and professionally. We have had fun events even during Covid that connect us to the community
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of work I am performing is not aligned with my title/salary. Our benefits are fantastic, but we do not pay market rate on salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are helpful and hard working. If they are not the best person to answer your question, they will help you find out who may know the answer. BCGers are extremely smart but also humble (at least in BST)
