Overall, I have enjoyed the people I have met across all channels. To see the work we do behind the scenes has also been enjoyable. But the lack of career opportunities, pay, and constructed feedback has cemented what I am not looking for in a company.

My team is extremely reliable and acts as a huge resource whenever I have questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My past work experience was never considered when discussing compensation. I was treated as someone who was entry level and only entry level, when indeed I was not. A pay increase would feel most appropriate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is to BCG's benefit and not the employee. Full transparency would be helpful. When an issue is presented, acknowledgement as well as action items should be implemented immediately. BCG claims to have a feedback driven environment, yet it's highly competitive, cut throat, and superior
