I get the sense they care about the dignity of this firm and its employees

Most employees would likely agree that the work we do is interesting and often important
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My job description does not reflect the work I do, since the assistant role on my team has expanded immensely (unclear if local admin managers are aware of this or care). Several promotions are in order on my team.
