What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is about doing what's right, not trying to optimize for some metric that can be gamed.
What makes you most happy at work?
In my role, I have to sell/represent the company's interests. At BCG, I feel good about this - I think that as a company we make good decisions and are generous, so I feel good being the fact of those decisions and policies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Integrity and communication. I believe that they really care about us, our clients, and our impact in the world. During covid we started having North America wide townhall meetings, and they really make me feel like I know what's going on in the organization and like the company cares about us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Unlike at previous orgs, I never feel like I'm at odds with other teams - fighting to accomplish my goal vs their goal. It tends to feel like we are all working together to find the best solution. And the people are genuinely hard working and caring down to a person.
