No pay cut and bonuses are given in the midst of Covid-19
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No discrimination or harassment that I am aware of. Good office environment with well stock up pantry, cafe with good view and ergonomic office chairs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In the midst of Covid-19, they have done their best to retain employees with no retrenchment or pay cut. They are also actively asking for feedback to improve employees' well-being
