What are some of the best things about your team?

We support each other and work as a team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Industry compensation is much higher than BCG's and BCG tend to squeeze the employees (16 hour workdays) than corporate world does.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Learn to manage employees. Get out of the culture of constant feedback which takes you away from client-focus to employee-focus. People will do what is right for them (to get high rating) rather than taking risks to help clients.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Focus is more about selling but not delivering quality to client. Much of what we deliver is "fluff". Lacks depth. It is more impress the CEO than the help the company. The client eventually turns to "implementors" for practical advise.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership of this company lacks maturity. We advise our client on how to transform, change, become agile but none of what we preach exists in this company. Leadership is risk-averse, frowns on new ways of working. Change our KPIs. It should not be revenue but client satisfaction.
