Pre-covid it was traveling every week. During covid it's the health benefits.

Strategic and clear thinkers, they give their people the tools, resources, and freedom to do their best work.

Caliber of people at BCG is hands down what makes it unique - incredibly smart, kind, humble, quirky, and hardworking people

(1) Generally show high integrity in decision-making; (2) are not tied to policies/bureaucracy but instead make decisions for people that make sense; (3) generally are quite thoughtful in reacting to macro-trends / news
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hard to pick a best part - great healthcare perks (I used to take this for granted) that are very easy to navigate, 401K support is huge, and appreciate salary transparency across non-MDP levels of the consulting staff
