There are very few work environments with the combination of fast-paced, intellectually stimulating work and variety of interesting (and interested!) people that is found at BCG. Sustainability has become a huge focus (both work life balance and client businesses) which is very welcome :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear commitment to sustainability across client work (e.g. climate, supply chain etc) and for employees (e.g. working hours)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's very large, the bonuses are good (for consulting) and includes a lot of benefits e.g. healthcare allowances and gym memberships
What are some of the best things about your team?
BCG is a collection of absolutely phenomenal people - everyone is super interesting and interested, something I have not seen elsewhere in my career
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on genuinely stimulating and tough intellectual questions, also being able to completely switch every few months keeps me on my toes (and again the colleagues!)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are great so it's actually fun to go into work (covid permitting) - BCG put on a lot of elaborate and events and entertainment as well :)
