Overall experience has been fantastic and I'm very happy. It's a nice company and people have been nice to me. I share great bond with my colleagues who are also my good friends outside of work. People are also friendly and I can go and ask anyone a question.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are clear and concise at all times. They are decisive once they have made up their minds. They show passion and humility.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have great open minded friends at work whom I can relate to Doing meaningful tasks and having a positive feedback for a job well executed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Happy to say we have a clear mission and values. We treat each other with respect as friends not only as colleagues and most importantly, our leaders are honest, trustworthy, have a listening ear and accessible at all times.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be organized, co-operate and have a excellent listening and written communication skill. Avoid being sceptical and take passion in their work diligently. Work together as a team, communicate directly with them them and buy them a snack/coffee for a job well done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel unfairly targeted/criticized by the Office Manager. Micromanaging can become a toxic in the organization thus resulting in poor health and mental well being. Health care package is good. Maybe propose a profit sharing bonus based on reward team effort between Consulting and BSTs
