What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
- Interacting with smart people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- Compensation is fair. Would be better if there were more resources so that each individual is not burdened with unbearable workload.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
- Leadership can do a better job of managing non existent work life balance. If its resources that are lacking...they should hire more to manage the work rather then getting the workforce to work longer and harder.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
- Work life balance is non existent and can be improved on - Non existent leadership skills. Line managers performance metrics is geared towards getting the job done instead of getting the job done while keeping the team motivated and satisfied
