Through the pandemic, I could see that we have a strong leadership team who can steer us out of crisis to keep us growing strong to protect our jobs. This is indeed a very encouraging sign given many companies had succumbed to the crisis.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
leaders need to walk the talk to protect the work-life balance of the team. They have to be protective of their team's interest and understand that we are in a people business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increment is not encouraging at all for BST. Increment should be according to performance and rating to reward people. Furthermore, this affects the bonus sum as bonus is % of total comp. If increment is low, bonus will naturally be low.
