The drive to continue to learn - I am working on a project outside of my role and have been trained up on conscious inclusion (again, outside of my role)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frequent open communication about our goals/priorities for the region in 2021. A long term lens too is really helpful! I appreciate the comment following major events - death of George Floyd, Sarah Everard disappearance.
