Mr. Daniel J. Brennan, also known as Dan, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Boston Scientific Corporation since January 1, 2014 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Brennan served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Boston Scientific Corporation from February 2010 to January 1, 2014 and also served as its Vice President of Investor Relations from November 2, 2006 to February 2010. He has over 10 years experience at Boston Scientific and is responsible for all aspects of investor relations. He served as Vice President of International Finance of Boston Scientific Corp. Mr. Brennan also served as Vice President of Cardiovascular Finance (Maple Grove, MN) as well as Director of Finance for two separate operating units in the Boston Scientific Endosurgery Group. He served as Director of Boston Scientific Pty Ltd. until December 15, 2014. He holds a B.S. Degree in Finance and Investments and an M.B.A. from Babson College. Mr. Brennan is also a Certified Public Accountant.
