Leadership at Boston is very good in my experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team turns a blind eye to the people who cheat on quality tests to produce more parts. These people are touted.

The stock plan is tge best part.
As per role and experience it's ok
Base salary, bonus and corporate card.
I believe the total compensation package is competitive in the marketplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The vacation hours that I was promised were denied. The pay that we get is as little as the company can get by with. In my department, we have a constant turnover rate because of poor employee treatment. There's an ever-standing billboard in front of building that states BSCI is hiring. Red flag!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Instead of pretending that quality is the most important aspect of our job, management needs to live it. As it is, it's all about how many products we get out the door. Those who cheat on the quality tests are the supervisors' darlings. If you play the dishonesty game, you win.

Overhaul from the top. All the director level positions are filled by incompetent sycophants who hire more incompetent people.
Outsourcing the manufacturing group so it is not very favorable.

First impression the best and one of my best interview I have faced
It was thorough, interesting, and fair and I got to meet a lot of different players to get a good idea of the culture of the team.
I was treated with respect, dignity, and felt valued.
They made is very easy. It almost felt like they knew me.

There is plenty people out there who couldnt pass agency test and I'm sure they would be great line operators, so I would basically change the whole process

When co workers ask questions
I enjoy being with the people who I work with. I enjoy doing good work and producing a quality product. I do all the tests correctly, and the product is at its best when it leaves my station. I also only give my next teammate quality parts to work with. I set my co-workers up to win.
