What makes you most happy at work?Working with great people and respected for what I do
What is the best part about your compensation package?Total pkg Access to customer service
What do you like best about the leadership team?Informative, knowledgeable, Giving us opportunity to evolve
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Instead of pretending that quality is the most important aspect of our job, management needs to live it. As it is, it's all about how many products we get out the door. Those who cheat on the quality tests are the supervisors' darlings. If you play the dishonesty game, you win.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The vacation hours that I was promised were denied. The pay that we get is as little as the company can get by with. In my department, we have a constant turnover rate because of poor employee treatment. There's an ever-standing billboard in front of building that states BSCI is hiring. Red flag!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership team turns a blind eye to the people who cheat on quality tests to produce more parts. These people are touted.
